Objective
We want to find more Two Spirit Women and to assess what their needs are, and how they could be more involved in the 2-Spirit Community. To create a monthly event for Two Spirit Women.

Timeline
We will meet once a month. For the next year, we will work towards creating an event once a month for Two Spirit Women either at the agency or at other designated locations.

Mandate/Goal
To reach Two Spirit Women: to provide a safe, and comfortable space for Two Spirit Women to meet each other at different events; to create a fun environment with different activities; and to provide support to each other when needed.

Accountability
We'll be accountable first to the Two Spirit Women in the Community and second to 2-Spirits Board of Directors. A member of the Board will be on the 2 Spirit Women Committee and report back to the rest of the Directors. We will provide minutes to the Executive Director of 2-Spirits of both the meetings and accounts of events.

Reporting
Women on the committee will take turns writing articles of our events and committee for the Gasiiganish and/or the Sacred Fire.

Composition
The Committee must have five women at a meeting to achieve quorum to make decisions. We will open up meetings to be rotated for facilitation and minute taker to those present at a meeting.

Knowledge and Responsibilities
We will have committee members commit in assisting with events either on site or off site. Dependent on the event we will have subcommittees for each event to host .
